You can simply return or exchange products as per below conditions. You can raise a replacement request on the Website or by calling our Customer Service team on +8809638158736 or chat with us at A user may return any product during the time of delivery or on the same delivery day.

Here’s the conditions for returning any items:

  • Delivering wrong product to customers.
  • If products found damaged during delivery.
  • If the product is not same as described in website
  • If customers have received any product with wrong quality and quantity.
  • Product is delivered in an unhealthy/unexpected condition.

You have to inform about returning the product within the same delivery day.

Refund Policy:

HaatBazar is always trying to deliver the best product to the customers within the scheduled time. But if we are unable to provide or deliver the product, we will notify you within 12 hours. If the service, that HaatBazar fails to complete, requires any refund, it will be done within 7 Days after our acknowledgement.

Refund payment can be done under 2 conditions:

  • If customer cancel the order (Full or Partial) after payment
  • If is not able to fulfill the order or if the products are discontinued by

Refund Process:

  • To Apply for refund customer has to contact at the helpline +8809638158736.
  • After receiving the refund request from customer, HaatBazar Team will take 7 days to process the necessary verification and complete the refund process.
  • If the refund amount is below Tk 10,000, the refund amount will be disbursed through bKash/Mobile Wallet account of the customer.
  • If the refund amount is above Tk. 10,000 will issue an account payee cheque to the customer.
